Weekly drop-in meditation
Press the pause button, rest and reset with meditation
So much of the time we rush from one thing to another not taking the time to notice what we are thinking or how we are feeling.
These open access drop-in mindfulness sessions give you the chance to press the pause button, rest and re-set.
Sitting together offers a means to explore mindfulness and experience the benefits of meditation, as well as boost or maintain a personal practice.
We meet on online on Thursdays at 13:30hrs UK time.
Session overview
The 30-minute session is divided into three parts:
The main part is the guided meditation (15 minutes approximately). Every Thursday we practice a different one so that you discover which kind benefits you best.
Ahead of the meditation we explore an aspect of psychological wellbeing, mindfulness or a principle of meditation. Sometimes more than one.
After the practice there's time to ask questions and share your experience (if you wish to).
Content is drawn from neuroscience, mindfulness and meditation published research, as well as clinical Mindfulness-Based (MB) Stress Reduction and MB Cognitive Therapy courses.

Drop-in Meditation
The best way to spend a lunchtime
I was introduced to Tracey when she ran an inhouse lunchtime wellbeing session at my company. I found the technique she shared an extremely beneficial way to reduce stress and restore calm during a working day.
Attending her weekly lunchtime drop-in session has since become an important part of my week. It provides a reset in my busy day and ensures that I take time to focus on ways to relax and manage stress.
Each session begins with an introduction to the practice that we’re going to use. This is essential in understanding how you benefit from the varying techniques she shares and encourages you to practice independently.
Tracey’s drop-in session is the best way to spend a lunchtime as it reenergises you, both mentally and physically. The structure of the sessions – theory and practice - has helped to reduce anxiety and rumination.
