A Taste Of Mindfulness

Discover the power of mindfulness in this practical session
masterclass

In 2022, the UK’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommended that all employees should be offered the opportunity to access mindfulness training in their Mental Wellbeing at Work Guidance (1.6.4).

This introduction to mindfulness session gives attendees the opportunity to explore and experience mindfulness and employers a means to gauge interest in whether running an inhouse mindfulness course is something they might offer.

Perfect introduction to mindfulness

If you want to learn about mindfulness then this is a perfect introduction. The Taste of Mindfulness session was very well structured and helped me learn the truth about mindfulness. I particularly liked the exercise where we were asked to observe the mind whilst looking at an image on a slide - really helped you understand how your brain does its own thing! I also liked seeing everyone's comments in the chat when asked for our thoughts at different points during the session and Tracey's response as she read them out.
